Refund Policy

At Fuzion Pvt Ltd, we stand behind our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

1. Permanent Staffing Services

1.1 Replacement Guarantee (Not Refund)

For permanent staffing placements, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated for performance reasons within 90 days, we will find a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

1.2 When Replacement Does Not Apply

  • The candidate is laid off due to company restructuring or downsizing
  • The role requirements change significantly after placement
  • The client fails to provide timely feedback or conduct interviews
  • The candidate resigns after 90 days of employment

2. Contract & Hire-for-You Services

2.1 Monthly Billing

Contract and Hire-for-You services are billed monthly in advance. Refunds are not provided for partial months. If you terminate a contract mid-month, you will be billed for the full month.

2.2 Replacement During Contract

If a contract candidate leaves or is removed within the first 30 days, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. No refund of management fees will be issued.

3. Payroll Management Services

3.1 Quarterly Prepayment

Payroll management fees are billed quarterly in advance. Refunds for unused quarters may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to a 10% processing fee.

3.2 Payroll Errors

If we make an error in payroll processing that results in financial loss, we will correct the error and reimburse any direct penalties incurred. Our liability is limited to the management fee paid for that month.

4. NAPS / Apprenticeship Services

NAPS-related fees (government stipend processing, documentation) are non-refundable once the apprentice is registered with the government portal. Replacement of apprentices is subject to availability.

5. Situations Where No Refund Is Issued

  • Client changes their mind after a candidate has accepted an offer
  • Client directly hires a candidate introduced by us (fee still applies per our agreement)
  • Client fails to provide required information or access for service delivery
  • Cancellation of services after work has commenced

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

To request a refund or replacement, email billing@yourcompany.com with:

  • Your company name and invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

7. Chargebacks and Legal Action

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the dispute through our customer support is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid fees plus applicable legal costs.
