Hire Directly: You interview, select, and onboard the candidate as your full-time employee. You handle payroll, benefits, compliance, and termination. We charge a one-time fee of 8–12% of annual CTC.

Hire-for-You: We recruit, employ, and manage the person on your behalf. You assign daily tasks and manage their output. We handle salary, PF, ESI, taxes, leaves, replacements, and legal compliance. You pay a fixed monthly fee (15–20% on top of gross salary). This is ideal for startups without an HR/payroll function.
